I was in a rush this morning. My plans changed last minute and I had five minutes to run out the door. I knew I’d be gone for most of the day, so I hurried to the kitchen and grabbed 3 baggies. One bag for granola, one for a veggie, and one for a fruit. I sliced some peppers, diced a pear, and bagged some granola. I transferred my yogurt into a container and I was off! Sometimes we don’t have time to make a gourmet meal on busy days, but we can still stay healthy.
